Throughout his career, Stanley has led initiatives in project management, engineering design, Lean Manufacturing, quality improvement, supply chain optimization, and business development—guiding organizations from early concept through production launch and continuous improvement. His leadership has driven multimillion-dollar programs, developed resilient supplier networks, and improved operational efficiency across global teams.

Before founding Solution Consulting Team LLC, Stanley served in senior management and consulting roles with organizations such as the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center, Lear Corporation, Henniges Automotive, Stellantis, NS International, and others. These experiences deepened his ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business objectives—helping teams deliver measurable, sustainable results.
